Victaura is the real estate platform of an Italian operating group. The capital we co-invest in every project is earned, not raised: it comes from businesses we have built and continue to run across multiple industries. We approach real estate as operators first, with the same discipline we apply to running companies.
Greystone B.V. operates as a value-add real estate developer in selected markets in Southern Europe, Southeast Asia and East Africa, with projects on Lake Como, in Zanzibar, on Gili Air and in Uluwatu, Bali. In the Middle East it holds an off-plan capital position on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
We operate within a refined niche: projects that require strategic insight and end-to-end discipline. We approach each development with the standards we apply to operating businesses: measured, durable, built around capital we co-invest.
Victaura is the operating brand of Greystone B.V., a Netherlands-headquartered holding. Each development is held in a dedicated, ring-fenced SPV under Greystone, with Victaura co-investing at every project.
