Project Overview
The Zanzibar development combines a 30-key boutique hotel with a serviced residential compound of villas and apartments in Nungwi, the island's most exclusive location. It stands at the center of Zanzibar's transition from mid-range tourism to luxury and ultra-luxury hospitality.
The project is developed in two phases. Phase 1 comprises 52 villas of different sizes, from two to five bedrooms. Phase 2 will introduce smaller villas, apartments and studios designed for rental and lifestyle investors.
Active development is underway, with completion of the resort targeted for late 2026, positioning Victaura at the forefront of Zanzibar's new high-end market.
