The residential component of the Nungwi master-plan, presented separately from the adjacent boutique resort (Secret Zanzibar Hotel & Villas) to surface the 52-villa residential phase to investors with a real estate focus.

Phase 1 covers the 52 villas and is currently in development. Phase 2 is planned and will follow upon completion of Phase 1, with approximately 100 additional units. Same site, same regulatory framework (99-year leasehold horizon, Tanzania foreign investment framework), same operational team.
